What to expect on the logistics side of a Philadelphia-area install.
Most Northeast towns regulate fence height and require a simple zoning permit for anything over 6 ft. HOAs in upscale suburbs often require ARB review. Pulling permits and securing HOA approval is the homeowner's responsibility — we'll provide spec sheets and renderings on request to support your application, and our low-visual-impact systems are generally well received.
